Returns are accepted in accordance with our Return Policy. Products that are opened, damaged, or unsealed (such as food supplements) may be excluded from returns for hygiene reasons.

9. Liability

We are liable for intent and gross negligence. For simple negligence, we are liable only for damages arising from injury to life, body or health, or for breach of material contractual obligations (cardinal obligations).

In such cases, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.

Statutory warranty rights apply to consumers.
Business customers must inspect the goods upon delivery and notify us immediately of any defects.

We are not obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Luxembourg, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

For contracts with consumers, this choice of law applies only if the protection granted by mandatory laws of the consumer’s country of residence is not withdrawn.

Jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is our registered office if you are a merchant, legal entity, or have no general place of jurisdiction in the EU.
